Important Guidelines to be followed by all Candidates willing to apply for Any Course:

  1. All information filled by you in the application form will automatically be converted to upper case (in capital letters)
  2. All the fields indicated as “*” are mandatory fields. Application form will not be saved/submitted until and unless there information are filled.

    DECLARATION: I am participating in this Pranic Healing Workshop at my own will and take full responsibility for doing the same. I release the Foundation / Centre / Organiser / Trainer of this workshop from all damages whatsoever and waive all rights to compensation in case of injury. I declare that I am physically and mentally able to participate in this Workshop and will keep confidentiality of the proceedings. I verify that the information given above is true to the best of my knowledge.

    VOW OF SECRECY : I, having had the privilege of being accepted as a student in GRAND MASTER CHOA KOK SUI’s Workshop, do solemnly swear to keep secret and confidential all the sacred teachings taught in the course. On my honour, I sincerely promise to preserve these sacred teachings in their purest form and practice them in the proper and correct manner. I also promise to prevent misuse or incorrect practice of these teachings by persons who have not been adequately instructed. With the Lord God as my witness and my Higher Soul as my guide, I shall uphold this Vow of Secrecy and I will not divulge to anybody, under any circumstances, verbally or through the reproduction of written material, or through some other form, in whole or in part, any of the teachings, principles and techniques from the GRAND MASTER CHOA KOK SUI’s Courses.
